Return Policy
1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process after receipt. Due to minor delays with local couriers, please allow additional time for tracking information to be updated. Orders are not processed on Sundays.

Processing Time: Once we confirm your refund is eligible, we will process your request promptly after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing time is typically 7 business days after receiving the return. Return shipping costs within 15 days are borne by us.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account.
Return Shipping: If the refund is due to product quality issues or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
