1-Year Warranty
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects of new e-bikes for one year from the date of purchase. If your bike meets our maintenance standards, we will cover all repair costs, including parts and labor.
For issues not covered under warranty, we’re still here to help! We can diagnose the problem and offer paid replacement parts. If your bike requires a return for repair, we’ll work with you to keep costs and effort to a minimum.
