1-Year Warranty
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects of new e-bikes for one year from the date of purchase. If your bike meets our maintenance standards, we will cover all repair costs, including parts and labor.
For issues not covered under warranty, we’re still here to help! We can diagnose the problem and offer paid replacement parts. If your bike requires a return for repair, we’ll work with you to keep costs and effort to a minimum.

Une fois assemblé, le vélo ressemble à une bête, un peu à une moto, mais ce n'est en fait qu'un vélo. Je l'ai testé tout de suite quand il faisait beau, ça a très bien fonctionné, fortement recommandé !
J’ai bien reçu le colis sans dommages, dans les temps, tous les éléments étaient présents et pas abîmés.
Montage assez facile mais il manquait une vis pour fixation du porte bagage .
La notice est succincte mais suffisante si on est un peu logique et bricoleur , le tuto sur le site est utile.
Le service support est très réactif et efficace .
À l’usage , ce vélo est un mix entre une moto et un vélo , très sécurisant, et les matériaux de très belle facture .
C’est mon 1er vélo électrique et sa puissance est bluffante .
À ce prix et pour cette qualité , je recommande les yeux fermés !
Je n'étais pas convaincu des performances de ce vélo, mais vivant en montagne, je peux voir à quel point il est efficace sur les pentes raides, super vélo, excellent rapport qualité/prix
Ce vélo électrique est parfait pour tout, de la vitesse à la tenue de route sur n'importe quel terrain. Vraiment une bête, absolument à avoir.
I like the Cheevalry CF26 very much. It has a really strong power! Whether it is a flat road or a slightly rough road, the ride is very stable. I especially like its suspension system, which can effectively alleviate the impact of uneven roads and make riding more comfortable. The auxiliary range can reach 150 km, which is very suitable for daily travel and weekend riding.
