What is the scooter's top speed?
The Cheevalry S10 has a maximum speed of 25 km/h, which complies with EU regulations. If desired, you can override the speed limit in Settings, increasing the speed to 75 km/h (please use it in accordance with local regulations).
What's the range?
Officially tested at 65kg (with a full charge), the range is 100-130 km (depending on road conditions, weight, and riding mode).
How long is the warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty.
Where are the products shipped from? How long does it take to receive them?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Can I pay cash on delivery? Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
We currently don't offer cash on delivery. We do accept secure online payments (bank card, PayPal, or Klarna) and offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return guarantee.
What should I do if the product needs repair or accessories?
Cheevalry offers genuine parts for all of its products. If you need any replacement parts, we can order them directly from the factory, so you can buy with confidence. If your scooter requires repair, you can always contact our after-sales team. If you're capable of performing a repair yourself, we'll also provide the necessary parts and guidance to ensure your scooter always remains in top condition.
